Craig Baudier is a Louisiana native who brings a strong skillset to the Daddy’s Chicken Shack team. With years of experience in the financial realm as well as general contracting and real estate, Craig sought out a new business opportunity that spoke to his expertise. After hearing of the Daddy’s Chicken Shack brand, its tech-enabled operations and scalable business model, Craig knew this was the perfect fit.
Craig will oversee the development and site selection of 10 units, aiming to open first in the Houston metro area and surrounding communities.
