Meet the Founders
is a classically trained chef based in Los Angeles, California. From high-end celebrity events to casual home gatherings, she is known for creating memorable moments through her elevated seasonal cuisine. In 2018, Pace and her husband, Chris Georgalas, opened Daddy’s Chicken Shack, a fried chicken sandwich restaurant to an immediate cult following, resulting in a partnership with a top 10 global franchise brand. Pace has been an advocate for empowering people to become better cooks and home entertainers throughout her career. She believes super flavorful, but easy food is a common thread that cultivates deeper relationships and communication amongst friends and family.
is leading Daddy’s Chicken Shack to the forefront of Fast Casual with a focus on the most innovative and modern customer service and restaurant management technologies available. Chris also shares his wife’s passion for people and has been influential in the development of the brand and corporate culture. The culture of Daddy’s Chicken Shack is strengthened by his Japanese heritage and a commitment to hospitality, servant leadership and the happiness of others.

Forty years ago, Dave revolutionized the real estate industry when he created the RE/MAX business model, which combines a maximum commission concept with world-class support services. The name “RE/MAX” was coined from the words “real estate” and “maximums.”
Dr. Ben Litalien
William brings a unique perspective and 20 years of entrepreneurial, operation and finance experience to our management team.
William is the Co-Founder of Brain Balance Achievement Centers, a franchised business with over 100 nationwide locations, dedicated to helping children with learning and development disorders. William was responsible for the design, creation, and implementation of the business and franchise model, managing the early stage growth of the company as CEO for 7 years. He served as a board member for 6 years following being CEO. William and his partner sold a majority stake of Brain Balance to Private Equity in 2013.
William gained extensive financial experience in institutional bond trading,
quantitative analysis and corporate finance while working at JPMorgan Chase and
boutique investment banking firm Sandler O’Neill in NYC.
William is an equity partner of Xpresso Delight, a successful coffee franchise model start-up. William was responsible for the implementation of the two tier business model. He served as COO for 5 years. In February of 2020, William and his partners sold a majority stake of Xpresso Delight to Private Equity.
William is a founding investor and equity partner of 310 Bowery Bar, a premier hospitality bar in NYC.
William has been an Angel Investor for over 10 years, investing in or seeding companies in the Finance, Real Estate, Technology, and Hospitality Industries. He also served as Advisor to Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground, whose mission is to help children with learning and development disorders.
William Fowler has a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
