Meet the Founders
A classically trained chef based in Los Angeles, California. From high-end celebrity events to casual home gatherings, she is known for creating memorable moments through her elevated seasonal cuisine. In 2018, Pace and her husband, Chris Georgalas, opened Daddy’s Chicken Shack, a fried chicken sandwich restaurant to an immediate cult following, resulting in a partnership with a top 10 global franchise brand. Pace has been an advocate for empowering people to become better cooks and home entertainers throughout her career. She believes super flavorful, but easy food is a common thread that cultivates deeper relationships and communication amongst friends and family.

Chris also shares his wife’s passion for people and has been influential in the development of the brand and corporate culture. The culture of Daddy’s Chicken Shack is strengthened by his Japanese heritage and a commitment to hospitality, servant leadership and the happiness of others.
