Meet Doug & Carol Dahlstrom
Doug Dahlstrom is from the Denver area and brings 39 years of experience in the general contracting industry to the table. His company, Ponderosa Construction, has designed and built a handful of well-known restaurants in the area, priming him as the perfect candidate to be joining the brand at a time of fast-paced expansion.
Having been through the process of building and opening two restaurants previous to this, Doug sought out a new business venture that incorporated his two sons, Dale and Drew, and wife Carol.
The entrepreneurial family has 20 locations in development, evenly split between Denver and Fort Worth, where his son Dale is based.
