Meet Blair Salisbury & Jessica Forero

Blair Salisbury is an established West Coast entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. He is a fourth-generation restaurateur and maintains the wildly popular El Cholo in Pasadena for the past 22 years. The company has 6 other locations and will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2023.

Blair and partner, Jessica Forero, first heard of Daddy’s Chicken Shack when the Pasadena location opened, and soon enough were regular customers. The pair eyed Daddy’s Chicken Shack as an emerging brand with high promise for nationwide growth. Salisbury and Forero currently have 10 locations in development in Southern California and aim to open in Santa Clarita and other surrounding cities including Pasadena, Burbank, and Glendale.
