North Los Angeles Co.
Meet Blair Salisbury, Robin Bieker, Jessica Forero
Blair Salisbury and Robin Bieker are established West Coast entrepreneurs with extensive experience in both restaurant ownership and commercial real estate. Salisbury, who has four generations of restaurant ownership in his family, maintains the wildly popular El Chollo restaurant in Pasadena, CA. It was in this role that Salisbury and Bieker joined forces for the first time, and eventually led them down a path of new business ventures.
The pair first heard of Daddy’s Chicken Shack when the Pasadena location opened and soon enough, they were regular customers. Seeking out their next success story, the pair eyed Daddy’s Chicken Shack as an emerging brand with high promise for nationwide growth. Salisbury and Bieker currently have 20 locations in development in California and aim to open in Santa Clarita and the surrounding Los Angeles areas.
“Knowing what it takes to run successful operations in this industry, I’m able to recognize a stellar business model when I see one– and Daddy’s Chicken Shack is just that.” – Blair Salisbury
